A $99 Reservation Fee is required to reserve your event date. The Reservation Fee is not refundable after 7 days. 30 days prior to your event, the remaining balance is due and payable. In the event the balance due is not paid on time the Reservation Fee may be forfeited and the photo booth reservation may be cancelled. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.


We require a 50% Reservation Fee at the time of reservation for non-wedding events on the following holiday dates; Easter Sunday Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving, December 24th, and December 31st. The Reservation Fee is not refundable after 7 days. The full balance is due no less than 30 days prior to your event. In the event the balance due is not paid on time the Reservation Fee may be forfeited and the photo booth reservation may be cancelled. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.


We understand the the only constant in life is change. In the event of an unforeseen emergency, or major situation beyond your control, which has caused the cancellation of your event, we may be persuaded to issue a refund, less your Reservation Fee.  In the unlikely event that your event has been cancelled we require that you submit a written request for a partial refund, stating in detail the exact reason for the cancellation of your event.  Once your written request has been received, we will review it and make a decision within 30 days of the receipt of your request.
