Are the Photos and Prints Unlimited?
Of Course! Unlimited Photos and Unlimited Prints are included in all of our photo booth packages.

How long does it take before we get our prints?
Your photos are printed immediately so your guests can leave with memories in hand and are usually ready before they have finished texting or emailing their photo to themselves.

What is the difference between a Stock Graphics and Custom Graphics?
With Stock Graphics you have an opportunity to have the name and date of your event printed on your photos. There is no opportunity for you to customize the layout in any way.

Custom In-House Graphics allows you to customize the overlay layout to match your event.
You have full creative control over the design, the colors, the fonts, and the graphics that will grace your prints (up to 2 revisions). Revisions over 2 are $50 each.

What is the difference between Virtual Props and Party Props?
Virtual Props, which are only available on the 42" Ultimate Selfie Machine are drag and drop images that allow your guests to "dress up" their photos. It gives them an opportunity to add things like a mustache, glasses, a funny hat and more.
Party Props are more of the same only real. Your guests get to "dress up" with hats, boas, beads, glasses and more.

Do you offer Memory Books/Photo Albums?
We certainly do! Some of our packages even include a Memory Book. If a Memory Book is not included in the package you can always add one for an additional charge. A Memory Book makes the perfect Guest Registration Book, your guests can simply slide one of their photos in an open sleeve and write a personal message next to it. Your Memory Book will provide you many years of smiles and happy memories. Every time you pick it up you'll remember your friends and family sharing your special day, caught in the act of having fun.

Can we have the Photo Booth off during dinner?
Yes you can!  If you wish we can schedule Idle Time during dinner or whenever suites you.  Any Idle Time is charged $50/hour. Idle Time is in addition to the package time you have purchased.

Will someone from 1 Touch Photos be at our event?
Absolutely! Our professional attendant will come dressed in appropriate attire and will setup and take down the photo booth. Your Attendant will direct operations and ensure the photo booth runs smoothly. They'll also help your guests with your Memory Book, as well as answer any questions they may have.

How do I reserve a date for the 1 Touch Photo Booth?
For Non-Holiday Dates we require a $99* Reservation Fee in order to lock-in your reservation. The Reservation Fee is eligible for a full refund within one week of your purchase, so you'll have time to discuss it with any other decision makers. The full balance is due no less than 30 days prior to your event.
In the event the balance due is not paid on time, the Reservation Fee may be forfeited and the photo booth reservation may be cancelled. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.

How do I reserve a Holiday Date for the 1 Touch Photo Booth?
For Holiday Dates we require a 50% Reservation Fee at the time of reservation for non-wedding events on the following holiday dates; Easter Sunday Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving, December 24th, and December 31st.
The Reservation Fee is not refundable after 7 days. The full balance is due no less than 30 days prior to your event. In the event the balance due is not paid on time, the Reservation Fee may be forfeited and the photo booth reservation may be cancelled. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event.

I need a Photo Booth for a "last minute" event. Can you do it?
No promises, but we will do our best to be there. Any event scheduled with less than 30 days notice must be paid in full at the time of order.

What is your cancellation policy?

How much room do you need for the Photo Booth?
Although our photo booths only takes about 6 sq. ft. of floor space we like to have at least a 10' x 10' area so your guests have room to gather and create memories. If you're also going to have a Prop Table and a Memory Book Table a little more space helps traffic flow.

Is your Photo Booth handicapped accessible?
Yes they are! Our Open-Air Photo Booths are not only handicapped accessible they is perfect for large, multi-generational gatherings.

Can you provide a Photo Booth at Corporate Events?
Most definitely!  We have provided Photo Booth services at some very large events and our photo booths have been the hit of the party at quiet a variety of Corporate events and celebrations. Our Photo Booths are invited everywhere, Corporate Parties and Events, Fundraisers, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceaneras, Birthday Parties, Family Reunions, Block Parties, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers and of course Weddings.

How far in advance do we have to book?
Since we are busy all year long, we recommend booking your event as soon as possible.  Although our schedule fills up quickly, we never like saying no. If we can make it happen for you, we will.

How long does it take for the photos to print?
Our photos print in approximately 15-17 seconds. Generally, before you know it, the images have printed and you're already thinking about your next pose.

We already have a photographer, why do we need a Photo Booth?
We get this question a lot! You absolutely need a professional photographer to take formal pictures of the event itself (especially at weddings). Our Photo Booth provides an unprecedented amount of entertainment for your guests (or as we like to call it Photo Entertainment). A 1 Touch Photo Booth allows your guests to let loose, be silly, and just have fun! The photos are an incredible reminder of your fun event. When you see Grandma wearing a feather boa and leprechaun hat blowing kisses to the camera, you'll know it's a hit and that you made the right choice.

What type of printer do you use?  It's not an ink-jet is it???
No, it definitely is not an ink-jet printer! We only use Professional, Lab Quality, Dye-Sublimation Printers. This means you get exceptionally high quality, laminated professional photos, that will last a lifetime.

How can we share the photos with our family and friends?
First of all, after your event you will receive a USB drive with every photo that was taken.  In addition to the original photo we also include each customized photo that your guests created.  We will also upload all the photos from your event to your own online album, hosted on our SmugMug Online Gallery.  There, your friends and family can download the photos for free. They can also order additional prints or mementos easily, and at a reasonable price.
